On 27 April 2018, Machu Picchu was awarded Site of the Day by CSS Winner. Following on from that, Machu Picchu was also awarded Special Design Kudos and Best Innovation awards from CSS Design Awards.

We are proud to announce that Machu Picchu 360 VR was awarded Site of the Day by CSS Winner. Following on from that, the judges at CSS Design Awards gave us the Special Design Kudos award, and the public also voted Machu Picchu 360 VR with the Best Innovation award.

This was our internal pet project and we are so pleased that we've been given these awards after doing all the hard yards. We wanted to bring a little explored area to anyone with access to internet. The experience features an explorable 3D model of Machu Picchu with interactive ‘places of interest’, which offer information regarding the historical significance of the site and are themselves seamlessly explorable.

CSS Winner is unique global platform awarding and showcasing the best websites and promoting innovative web designers, developers and agencies. 

CSSDA is an international web design and development award platform that honors and showcases freelance designers, studios and agencies for work that pushes the boundaries of UI, UX and innovative development. Backed by an international panel of expert judges, winners are rewarded with official certificates, prestigious trophies and recognition from industry leaders along with tens of thousands of daily visitors to the CSSDA site.
