Flea, Tick & Worm Finder

Petbarn is Australia's largest specialty pet retailer, with more than 200 stores and a growing online presence. Petbarn engaged Cypha to create online tools that guide pet owners toward the right parasite protection and food choices with confidence and clarity.

The Flea, Tick & Worm Finder helps customers choose the right treatments through an interactive, vet-informed and conversion-friendly experience.

The Challenge

Petbarn needed a clear digital solution to help customers navigate a wide and sometimes overwhelming range of flea, tick and worm treatments. The tool needed to adapt to each pet and household context, work well on mobile and be maintainable over time.

The goal was to reduce confusion, improve education and increase product conversions in a branded accessible package.

The Solution

Cypha worked closely with Petbarn and Greencross Vets to develop an algorithm-driven quiz that asks only the questions needed and delivers tailored recommendations quickly.

The experience used mobile-first UX, progressive disclosure, breadcrumb navigation and scalable logic so Petbarn's team could maintain recommendations over time.
